Create Your Weekly Reporting Dashboard

By the end of this course you own one screen that answers "how is the business doing?" without you touching a spreadsheet.

Most weekly reporting dies the same way. You hand-copy numbers from four tools into a deck, the metrics drift depending on who built it, and by month three nobody opens it. The problem is rarely the data. It is that the report depends on a human remembering to assemble it.

This course fixes the workflow end to end. You start by choosing the handful of numbers that actually decide your week, connect the live data sources behind them, and compose everything onto one screen a reader understands in seconds. Then you automate the refresh and the delivery so the report shows up on schedule, and you run a tight weekly review that turns the dashboard into decisions instead of decoration.

You walk away with a live one-screen weekly dashboard wired to your real data sources, set to refresh and deliver itself, plus a repeatable weekly review routine you can run in ten minutes.

Who it's for

Founders: want one trusted view of the business instead of pulling numbers by hand every Monday morning.

Operators: need a reporting routine that survives a busy week because the refresh and delivery run without them.

Team leads: want everyone reading the same metrics from the same screen, so the weekly review starts with decisions rather than debate over the numbers.
