Get Your Will and Estate Documents in Order

If you died this week, your family would be left guessing at the hospital, in the bank, and in front of a judge. This course closes every one of those gaps in about 90 minutes.

Most people stall on estate planning because it feels morbid, expensive, and built for the wealthy. So the documents never get done, and the wrong person ends up making medical calls or fighting over accounts. The truth that trips everyone up: a beneficiary form on your retirement account or life insurance overrides your will entirely, so a will alone is rarely enough.

This course walks you through each document in plain language and shows where each one actually controls. You will see what a will does and does not cover, why the beneficiary form beats it, what a power of attorney and a healthcare directive decide while you are still alive, how probate really works, and when a trust is worth it versus when it is not. It ends with a guided 90-minute sprint so you finish with real paperwork, not good intentions.

Who it's for

New parents: want a guardian named and money routed correctly before anything happens to them.

Anyone over 40 with assets: need the will, beneficiary forms, and directives aligned so nothing lands in probate by accident.

People caring for aging parents: want the power of attorney and healthcare directive in place before a crisis forces the decisions.
