Set Up Your Project Management System in 90 Minutes

In 90 minutes you go from sticky notes and a dozen open tabs to a project management system that actually runs your work, with three real projects already inside it.

Most people stall before they start. They spend a week comparing tools, watch a setup video, build an elaborate structure, then abandon it within a month because it was never wired to how they actually work. The system collapses under its own complexity or never gets used at all.

This course moves in the opposite direction. You pick a paradigm that fits how you think, define a workflow before you touch a single setting, and build templates you reuse instead of rebuilding. Then you import three live projects so the system is real on day one, connect the rest of your stack without creating sprawl, and run a kickoff that keeps it alive past week one.

You walk away with a working project management system: a chosen tool, a defined workflow, reusable templates, three active projects imported, and a connected stack you can maintain without it becoming a second job.

Who it's for

Founders: running projects out of their head and a chat app, and want one place that holds the work without weeks of setup.

Operators and team leads: need a repeatable workflow and templates the whole team can follow, not a tool that only one person understands.

Freelancers and consultants: juggling several client projects at once and want a system that imports real work and keeps it visible.
